De verzendkosten worden berekend op basis van het gewicht van het geselecteerde product en de locatie van de ontvanger. De exacte verzendkosten zijn zichtbaar zodra je het verzendadres hebt ingevoerd. Als je niet tevreden bent met deze kosten, heb je de mogelijkheid om je bestelling te annuleren.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROZONE

If you live outside the EU and shop in our online store, you will purchase the products with VAT, however, SIA Luula undertakes to pay the import duties determined by the recipient country.

The total amount of the delivery will be indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

Except in those cases in which there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the purchase order consisting of the related products in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the term indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected by the customer and, in any case, within a maximum period of 20 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation. These terms are indicative and depend on the transport company. The customer must verify the shipping information provided to Luula on the order form to avoid any error or delay in delivery.

We will not be responsible for any error or delay in delivery due to the incorrect input of the information provided by the customer. The customer accepts the payment of all return costs if the information of the delivery address has been transmitted incorrectly or incompletely and if the customer did not take delivery of the parcel on time.

Luula cannot be held liable for possible delays caused as a result of acts of third parties and as a consequence of circumstances or events beyond its control.
If for any reason, which was attributable to them, Luula cannot meet the delivery date, contact the customer to inform him/her of this circumstance. The latter may then choose to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order and request a full refund of the price paid.

 

Home deliveries are made on working days at the place of destination.

For these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which the client or a third party indicated by the customer acquires the material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.

The risks that the products could derive will be borne by the customer from the moment delivery has been made by the carrier. The customer acquires ownership of the products at the time of delivery by the transport company and Luula has received full payment of the total price and shipping costs.

Luula currently uses FedEx and DPD courier services for product delivery. However, service providers may also change. The order is delivered to the customer’s door.

The customer will receive an order tracking number as soon as the courier service is ordered. In case of a delay in delivery according to the indicated period, the client will contact the transport company directly.

If necessary, the customer can contact customer service to open a file for the search of the parcel. It may take between 3 and 4 weeks to receive an answer from the carriers.

If the parcel is found, it will be sent back to the customer. If the parcel is not found, the customer can request a refund of the total purchase from Luula.

All returns are at the expense of the customer. Except for wrong or defective items, the return is at Luula expense.
