Terms and conditions

1. Seller

The seller is Luula Ltd., VAT No. LV41203064310, Ezeru laukuma 1, Talsi, LV-3201, Talsu novads, Latvia, e-mail hello@luu.la. These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers on luu.la. Business customers are covered by our separate B2B terms.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, photos and dimensions are given as accurately as possible; natural wood may vary slightly in colour and grain.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. For deliveries within the EU, the VAT rate of the delivery country applies; the total price stays the same. For deliveries outside the EU, Latvian VAT is deducted at checkout. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place the order.

3. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when you place the order by clicking “place order” and receive the order number. You can correct your details before placing the order. We store the contract and send you its details by e-mail.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was obviously wrong; any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown after ordering, using the order number as the reference. The order is shipped once the payment has been received. Further payment methods may be offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. The risk of loss passes to you when you or a person named by you receive the goods.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our returns policy.

7. Legal guarantee (conformity)

You have the statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract for 2 years from delivery, under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and EU Directive 2019/771. Please report defects to hello@luu.la within 2 months of discovering them, with photos if possible. We will repair or replace the product, or reduce the price or refund it.

8. Safe use

Children should always use the furniture under adult supervision and as described in the assembly and use instructions.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at hello@luu.la — we answer complaints within 15 days. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the consumer protection authority or courts of your country.

These terms are governed by Latvian law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
