Returns and refunds

1. Your right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods, in accordance with EU law.

2. How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to hello@luu.la (or post to Luula Ltd., Ezeru laukuma 1, Talsi, LV-3201, Talsu novads, Latvia) before the period ends. You may use the model form below. We will confirm receipt and send return instructions.

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us of your withdrawal. Please pack them carefully, ideally in the original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you; for large items this may be significant — we are happy to give an estimate.

You are only liable for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the goods.

4. Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you sent them.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

6. Damaged or faulty goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please photograph the parcel and the product and contact us. Your 2-year legal guarantee applies in addition to the withdrawal right; in such cases we cover the return costs.
