Warranty claim & notice of defect

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) & Commercial Law

Before completing this form:

  • Submit your claim promptly upon discovery (EU consumer law requires notice within 2 months of discovering the defect).
  • Transport damage must be recorded on the courier's delivery report or photographed immediately upon delivery.
  • Send a proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue to hello@luu.la.

  1. By submitting this form, the customer certifies that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
  2. Luula Ltd. will review the claim and issue a formal written response within 15 business days of receiving the completed form and necessary evidence (photos/videos).
  3. Warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, non-compliance with assembly instructions, normal wear and tear, or user-induced mechanical damage.
  4. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR solely for processing claims and fulfilling contract terms. Data will not be shared with third parties, except logistics/service partners.
