Cookie policy

1. What we use

luu.la uses only strictly necessary storage in your browser: your shopping cart, chosen language and coupon (local storage), and a sign-in session if you log in. These are required for the shop to work and do not need consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

2. No tracking without consent

We currently do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first with a cookie banner, and you will be able to refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

3. Third-party content

Some product pages show embedded content such as a 360° viewer, which may set its own technical cookies. Please see the provider's policy.

4. How to control storage

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time; your cart and language choice will then be reset.
