Our policy lasts 30 days after you received our product. If 30 days have gone by since the confirmation of the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customized designs (e.g. personalization).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the goods to the online store shall be borne by the consumer. 100% money back guarantee in case of product return.
For international shipments delivered outside the European Union, please note that all import customs duties, taxes (including VAT), customs brokerage fees, and any other charges related to customs clearance in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer and must be borne by the Customer. The Seller shall not be obligated to compensate or reimburse any such charges incurred by the Customer upon delivery.
In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal and returns goods from a country outside the European Union, all costs associated with the return shipment, including but not limited to return shipping fees, import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and handling charges arising from re-importing the goods to the Seller, shall be borne by the Customer. Should such charges be imposed on the Seller as the importer of record, the Seller reserves the right to deduct the respective amount from the refund payable to the Customer for the returned goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to SIA Luula., Ezeru laukumā 1, Talsi, LV-3201, Latvia.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
WARRANTY
We provide 2 year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any flaws that have appeared during usage that are connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will gladly sort everything out. The warranty is void if any mechanical damage or tear from the user is found.
In order to send the warranty application you need to send the following info and documents to our email [email protected]:
Order confirmation document; Order invoice; Photos and description of the flaws; Personal contact info. There are 2 ways how we can resolve your warranty claim:
In case of only a specific furniture part is faulty – we identify the part – and send you the replacement for free, covering all the shipping costs. In case of the whole furniture piece needs to be replaced – you will need to send us the faulty furniture piece as it is, we will cover the return shipping costs. After checking the fault (and make sure that there are no mechanical damage done by the user), we will either fix the item or send a brand new furniture piece as a replacement, covering all the shipping costs.
